Specifications include, but are not limited to: s 9 office spaces, 3 individual restrooms, 1 visitor’s lounge, 1 meeting space, 1 small warming kitchen, 1 medical room and 3 treatment specific rooms. The building is 4,864 square feet. A. Provide janitorial services at the above listed location on a daily basis each week, Sunday through Saturday (seven (7) days a week), excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day, with cleaning beginning at 4:00am each day and with cleaning completed at no later than 10:00am each day. The facility can be flexible with scheduling this service as needed, upon department approval. B. Furnish all labor, cleaning supplies, and equipment, necessary to perform the janitorial services, along with toilet paper, paper towels, trash can liners, and hand washing liquid to restock the facility’s bathrooms and other spaces. Supplies, including cleaning chemicals, may be stored at the facility locked in a shared closet space, but Contractor is responsible for ensuring all such materials remain appropriately locked and secured at all times when not in use. The Contractor shall be responsible for meeting all OSHA requirements and regulations regarding the use of all cleaning chemicals and any other supplies or equipment. C. Provide material safety data sheets (MSDS) on all chemicals used in the building and store them in the shared closet space in a 3-ring binder. All cleaning chemicals should be stored in properly labeled containers at all times. Materials that require precautionary warnings shall have affixed to all containers such labels or markings as are prescribed by law, regulatory agencies, or this contract. Markings or labels of hazardous or toxic substances shall be in accordance with all Federal, State and City laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
