The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as “VDOT”), an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide Janitorial Services for the VDOT buildings located in Wythe, Bland and Grayson Counties for the Wytheville Residency of the Bristol District as described herein. This solicitation will be awarded by lot. Bidders may bid on one or more lots. If a Bidder is successful in being awarded multiple lots, the Bidder shall be capable of providing necessary services as specified for each lot simultaneously. The Bidder shall indicate on the fillable form Attachment F titled Contractor’s Capacity the number of lots their company has the capacity to service. Lot 1 – Wythe County; Lot 2 – Grayson County; Lot 3 – Bland County; Contractor shall comply with Security Requirements as set forth in Section X, Special Terms and Conditions, item 28.
