Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning supplies and material to clean the specified Virginia Employment Commission Local Office (during the hours of 5:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, (work may be performed on weekends and holidays with the prior approval of the Contract Administrator) except for the following observed holidays: New Year's Day Columbus Day Lee, Jackson, King Day Veteran's Day George Washington's Day Thanksgiving Day Memorial Day Day After Thanksgiving Independence Day Christmas Day Labor Day. The Contractor shall provide a level of cleaning that is at least equal to standards defined by the Building Service Contractors Association (BSCA) for "adequate" cleaning. "Adequate" shall be defined as a cleaning standard that will provide neither serious nor repeated criticism. Dust shall be removed and not scattered around the room. No feather dusters will be used. Horizontal surfaces shall be free from dust after dusting. Surfaces shall be free of removable marks, spills and grime after surface cleaning. Surfaces shall be free of spots, streaks and residues after polishing. Computer Terminals, Microfiche Viewers, or other similar electronic equipment shall not be dusted or cleaned by the Contractor's Personnel.
