A. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, material, equipment, consumables, and supplies required to provide the work under this project which consist of: 1. Completing approximately fourteen (14) separate patches, for a rough total of five hundred eight (508 SY) square yards of patching, across three trail locations: five (5) locations along JCC Recreation Center Trail, eight (8) locations at Veterans Park Trail and one (1) location at Freedom Park. Contractor is to demo and dispose of existing deteriorated pavement to a minimum of 2”. a. Patches are accessible from the parking lots or along the existing trails. Approximate locations are identified on the attached Exhibits 3-5. b. Please reference Exhibits 1-2 of this IFB document for estimated quantities at each location and Typical Deteriorated Pavement Repair Procedures for detailed repair notes. 2.
