Specifications include, but are not limited to: The James City Service Authority (“JCSA”) is requesting information from interested parties for an Enterprise Asset Management, Enterprise Resource Planning and Computerized Maintenance Management System (EAM/ERP/CMMS) to upgrade and/or replace the existing systems currently used by JCSA, with an emphasis on the implementation of mobile applications to improve efficiency and accuracy of data collection, reporting and work management.
