Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Contractor shall clean an approximate square footage of 8116 encompassed in the Ashland Residency Building Offices, Land Development Trailer Office, Construction Trailerot. 2. The Contractor shall commence WEEKLY cleaning after 4:30 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week. 3. The Contractor shall not provide services on the following State of Virginia approved holidays: New Year’s Day, Lee- Jackson Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, George Washington Day, Memorial Day, Independency Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. 4. The Contractor shall not be required to perform janitorial services during inclement weather conditions which create hazardous driving conditions for the traveling public; as determined VDOT. Contractor shall contact the VDOT Contract Administrator before 2:00 pm of the scheduled work day during inclement weather conditions. B. VDOT FURNISHED SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS : VDOT will furnish paper towels, toilet tissue, deodorizes, seat covers, urinal disinfectant and hand soap for use in the restrooms
