The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to find qualified vendors and to assist Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 in determining if a future contract effort can be competitively awarded. The Hampton VA Medical Center has a requirement for Robotic In-Service Ultrasonic Testing of Above Ground Fuel Storage Tank. The contractor is to facilitate for testing Integrity of welds and Tank Integrity in accordance with API 653 Standards. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this effort is 334519- Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing with the Size Standard of 600 Employees. If the Government determines there are qualified vendors for this requirement, a solicitation will be published and posted on the Contracting Opportunities website. The Government will use this information solely to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for this procurement.
