This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued for the purpose of seeking qualified offerors to provide equipment, maintenance and installation to support its network, servers, storage, and security environment. The Solicitor seeks competitive bids for a catalogue of equipment, supplies, hardware, software, maintenance, and services to support the existing infrastructure, new projects, and future technology requirements. The Solicitor is seeking qualified offerors in five service categories: 1. Network Products – equipment, hardware, software maintenance, and services 2. Servers, Backup and Storage Equipment, software maintenance, and services 3. Security and Monitoring Products, Services, and Maintenance 4. Audio Visual Equipment, maintenance, software, and services 5. Other current and future infrastructure related equipment, maintenance and services. These categories are summarized below. All purchases from resulting contracts shall be on an as needed basis.
