The purpose of this work is to procure Investment Advisor (Consulting) Services for the Prince William County Supplemental Pension Plan for Police Officers and Uniformed Fire and Rescue Department Personnel "the Plan" and the Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) Master Trust "the Trust" and related services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFP. An offeror may submit a proposal for any or all services. Services may be with more than one Advisor/Consultant if this would be beneficial to the County. It is the intent of this Request for Proposal to contract with qualified and independent Securities and Exchange Commission Registered Investment Advisors to provide discretionary/non-discretionary investment management services to the County including the following: a. Investment Policy creation and implementation b. Asset allocation study c. Manager selection, management, and review d. Benchmark identification e. Performance reporting f. Proactive education to board and necessary staff g. Communication with relevant interested parties to support success of the Plans.
