Alexandria City Public Schools is interested in procuring internet services for the school division. • The service shall be capable of multi-gigabit services. Minimum of 10 Gigabit, scalable to 100 Gigabits of symmetrical bandwidth. The service will be delivered to 1340 Braddock Place, Alexandria, Virginia 22314. • The service must be installed and operational by July 1, 2026. The awarded contract will continue until June 30, 2027. (“Initial Agreement Period”), with an option of two (2) one (1) year renewals from July 1, 2027 to June 30, 2029. • Proposalshould include pricing for bandwidth at all available rates: For example, 10 Gbps,15 Gbps, 20 Gbps, 25 Gbps, 40 Gbps, or other scalable increments the vendor provides up to 100 Gbps. • The service must include a full class "C" IP address range. • Managed the Routing equipment and monitored the service to be provided. • Increases in bandwidth must be allowed over the life of the agreement (including any optional renewal term periods). Such changes shall be considered modifications to the existing agreement and shall not require new contract terms or conditions. • It is preferred that the service have the ability to increase bandwidth with 48 hours’ notice. • The proposal should include the cost for such scheduled bursts in speed. • Proposal must include pricing for professional services related to configuration, installation, and changes in service. • Proposal must include pricing for monthly leased equipment if unbundled fees apply for offerorowned and maintained equipment. • If available, proposal’s must include itemized pricing for DDoS protection services.
