Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Information (RFI) #22-02-1245-RFI seeks one or more Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to become a co-applicant with Stafford County to submit one or more applications for the 2023 Virginia Telecommunications Initiative (VATI) Grant opportunity. The VATI application, if selected for award, may result in a grant of state funds for the expansion of broadband services to underserved, and unserved areas of Stafford County as identified in the application. The County will serve as a pass-through entity for the receipt of VATI grant funds, if awarded, and to ensure compliance with the VATI program. This RFI will NOT result in any contract or award for County goods or services.
