Areas to be painted in the interior • Office walls • Metal railings, frames, and doors • Wood frames and doors • Ceiling- Remove popcorn ceiling • Vehicle bay walls • Vehicle bay ducts and pipes • Vehicle bay line stripes • Vehicle bay ceiling including brackets and tiles • Do not paint the 3 rooms in the vehicle bay. • Do not paint the wood shelves or hooks in the vehicle bay, they will be removed before the work begins. • Amherst County would like to add a horizontal 16” red stripe with 2” gold stripe on the top and bottom all along the vehicle bay walls. 2. Areas to be painted in the exterior • Metal doors and frames 3. Determine paint specifications, preparations, and coats required using the Exhibit A. 4. Owner will select all color.
