ACPS is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive digital instructional database solutions that support inquiry, research, and literacy development for K–12 students, educators, and families. The objective of this solicitation is to identify digital instructional databases, excluding ancillary services and eBook packages, that align with the Division’s instructional goals, promote equitable access to high-quality research and reading materials, and enhance academic engagement across all grade levels and content areas. The selected vendor(s) shall provide digital databases that: A. Foster early literacy and foundational research skills for elementary students; B. Offer authoritative, age-appropriate reference and research content for all grade levels; C. Facilitate advanced academic research, information literacy, and inquiry-based learning for secondary students; and D. Promote academic integrity and organization through tools for citation management and project planning.
