a. Necessary labor, equipment, materials, and permits to install Splashpad on RainDrop proposal #1912112 at Clearbrook Park, Clearbrook, VA 22624. See Exhibit A – Splashpad_RainDrop-Proposal. b. Payment and Performance Bonds c. All features and equipment on RainDrop proposal #1912112 will be purchased separately and not included in this bid d. Concrete pad for supplied surge tank e. Install five (5) 12” x 12” bottom outlet drains f. Install sch. 40 PVC piping to surge tank and suction piping from surge tank to one Intelliflo pump and one 15HP feature pump, or comparable. Pumps to be supplied by bidder. g. Installation of form work and concrete footings for all water features listed on RainDrop proposal #1912112 h. Supply piping and installation of RainDrop equipment and water features listed on RainDrop proposal #1912112 – Schedule 40 PVC i. Supply and install one (1) Intelliflo recirculation pump. One (1) Clean and Clear 420 cartridge filter, One (1) BECS system 3 control, One (1) Accutab 1030 chlorinator, One (1) Acid Feed Pump, One (1) Blue White Flowmeter, or equivalent. j. Installation of wafer butterfly and ball valves for spray ground related equipment k. Provide and install conduit for activator bollard for features back to mechanical cabinet l. Provide valve pit(s) for winterization m. Installation of turndown slab reinforcement with rebar 12” O.C.E.W. n. Formwork for 50’ x 65’ rectangle turndown slab o. Installation of broom finished concrete 50’ x 65’, 6” thick turndown slab p. Installation of features listed on RainDrop proposal #1912112 on concrete pad q. Startup of systems, training, and initial water balance chemicals.
