To gather information to assist DBHDS in effectively analyzing the cost, procedures and challenges with providing residential and/or inpatient substance abuse treatment services for individuals determined by their court of jurisdiction to meet the criteria as Sexually Violent Predators (SVPs) pursuant to Va. Code Section 37.2-900 et. seq. and who have been released to the community on conditional release. Specifically, the RFI should: 1. Determine a budget to assist in securing residential and/or inpatient substance abuse treatment services for an SVP individual residing in the community on as need basis. 2. Assist in determining or developing a treatment plan including length of stay, types of treatment provided, housing requirements and security plans for the facility.
