Innovation as a Service (Primary Offering) • Develop and maintain an innovation framework for the City. • Facilitate strategic partnerships with technology providers to ensure the City benefits from vendor ecosystems and preferred pricing models. • Establish and maintain community partnerships to foster local innovation hubs and ensure solutions support economic development and resident needs. • Collaborate with colleges and universities to leverage research expertise, student workforce programs, and joint pilot projects. • Introduce and manage pilots in AI, automation, and digital transformation. • Provide ongoing strategic consulting and advisory services. • Facilitate adoption of new technologies across City departments. B. Resiliency Services (Combined Operational + Cyber) • Conduct resiliency gap analyses and enterprise risk assessments. • Implement monitoring of applications, systems, and networks with proactive alerts. • Establish escalation workflows, continuity of operations, and disaster recovery plans. • Deliver cyber risk assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management. • Provide incident detection, response, and recovery services. • Align resiliency strategies with NIST, CISA, and state cybersecurity frameworks. • Conduct resiliency training, awareness programs, and simulation exercises. • Provide staff augmentation or advisory services to strengthen resiliency functions. C. Municipal Broadband & Connectivity • Support operations of the City’s municipal fiber network. • Develop strategies to expand broadband coverage into underserved areas. • Integrate broadband with smart city initiatives and resiliency planning. • Recommend approaches to leverage broadband for economic development and digital inclusion.
