1. The Contractor shall furnish four (4) Camera A Packages per IV. 3 below, one (1) Camera B Package per IV. 4 below, six (6)Tri-pods and all lenses, batteries, chargers, caseslanyards, lens caps, powersupplies, SD cards, and cables specified. 2. Service center for repairs shall be within the US. 3. Specifications Camera A Package a. Each package shall include one (1) thermal camera with lens. b. The infra-red resolution of the thermal camera shall be a minimum of 640x480. c. The camera display shall be touchscreen with a minimum of 4" and a minimum of 640x480 resolution. d. Single lens with dual field of views 24° x 14° with automatic lens identification and thermal sensitivity shall be as follows: i. less than 40 mK at 30°C, 24° field of view ii. less than 50 mK, at 30°C, 14° field of view e. Shall be capable of time lapse up to 24 hours f. The temperature range shall be 20°C to l20°C with an accuracy of plus or minus 2°c or 2% of the reading. g. The camera shall have a 5 MPcamera capable of a lx to 8x digital zoom. h. The camera shall have a built in LED lamp. i. The camera shall support a removable SD card for data storage. j. The camera shall autofocus. k. Each package shall contain two (2) rechargeable batteries capable of powering the camera for 2.5 hours each and a battery charger. l. Each package shall include one (1) 8 GB SD card. m. Each package shall include a hard case, lens cap, power supplies, USB 2.0 A to USB Type-C cable, USB TypeC to HDMI cable, and USB Type-C to USB Type C cable. n. The camera shall support radiometric JPEG 4. Specifications Camera B Package a. Each package shall include one (1) thermal camera with lens including a viewfinder eyecup b. The infra-red resolution of the thermal camera shall be a minimum of 1024x768. c. The camera display shall be touchscreen with a minimum of 4" wide and a minimum of 800x480 resolution. d. Two lens shall have i. field of view of 12° with thermal sensitivity less than 25 mK, at 30°C ii. field of view of 28°with thermal sensitivity less than 25 mK, at 30°C e. Shall be capable of time lapse up to 24 hours f. The temperature range shall be 40°C to 650°C with an accuracy of plus or minus 2°C or 2% of the reading. g. The camera shall have a 5 MPcamera capable of a 1x to 8x digital zoom. h. The camera shall have a built in LED lamp. i. The camera shall support a removable SD card for data storage. j. The camera shall autofocus. k. Each package shall contain two (2) rechargeable batteries capable of powering the camera for 2.5 hours each and a battery charger. l. Each package shall include one (1) 8 GB SD card. m.
