Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Online legal research database including cases and statutes for all 50 states, federal statutes and case law, and the ability to keycite or shepardize those cases. • Regulations and administrative decisions & guidance (e.g. Attorney General Opinions, DOL Opinion Letters, etc) • Secondary resources relevant to municipal law, such as: o ALR o AmJur o Michies o McQuillans o Education law resources o Forms o Federal jury instructions • Public records access • A flat rate subscription plan allowing unlimited searches within the plan (as opposed to a per search/transaction model) o Coverage for 11 attorneys 10 in City Attorney’s office, 1 at school board offices o Ability to have decentralized billing (bill split between both City Attorney’s and School Board office • In addition to the Office of the City Attorney, separate subscriptions shall also be available upon request for other law offices associated with the City (i.e.: Commonwealth’s Attorney).
