Information regarding available system features and/orcapabilities beyond those identified below is welcome.Web-based system for students, employers and back-office personnel.Online platform for student registration, company registration, courses, surveys, andmultiple discounts (early bird, BOGOs, and other promotional concepts) and registrationoptions such as cohort registration.Secure faculty, employer and student portals.Ability to track student, faculty, course, and payment information for tuition-fundedprograms.Program manager analysis for course and category performance (including cost andrevenue) and staff productivity.Customer friendly, intuitive search process.Ability to output data for purposes of marketing materials, either within the system orthrough interfaces.Catalog building capability to include course series and certificate bundling options.Ability to track grant-funded and contract training programs.Ability to track and report financial information, including costs other thanpersonnel/instructors.Ability to interface with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, HR and Financials systems.Ability for staff to generate reports based on report templates and customized queries.Ability to import information into the VCCS data warehouse to use for reporting andanalytics.Ability to query and output data for purposes of marketing and outreach by data miningthrough student registrations, enrollment trends, and market segmentation.Ability to track marketing promotions and to query market segment enrollments fromregistrations.
