This requirment of the objectives and deliverables of the Program Analysis and Integration (PA&I) functions. THis requirement requires this contract to provide Program Manager, Defense Integration Business Systems (PM DIBS) continued administrative support through an integrated, range of business / financial capabilities that span from requirements elicitation through sustainment to execute effective and responsive program, business / financial, and technical management of PM DIBS portfolio activities.

The support staff members are required to have intensive expert knowledge of the projects managed, including operational concepts, interrelationships, fielding plans, logistical support, system configurations, etc., to assess impact of the proposed changes on the total Program Executive Office (PEO) program.
All software/tools and data developed for PM DIBS, and its program management offices (PMOs) remain the property of the Government PMOs.
