Bidder(s) shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, parts, and all incidentals necessary to supply and deliver assorted ice cream products in accordance with USDA requirements, ACPS nutritional standards, and all terms, conditions, provisions, and schedules of this contract. Deliveries shall be made to Alexandria City Public Schools (ACPS) locations on an as-needed basis. See the list of products specified below. All bids shall be made on the basis of, and either meet or exceed, the requirements contained herein. ACPS is seeking bids from qualified sources for the provision and delivery of the following items and services: Product Specifications All ice cream products must meet the following minimum nutritional criteria: • No more than 35% of weight from sugar. • No more than 35% of calories from fat. • No more than 200 mg of sodium per serving. • No more than 200 calories per serving. • Approved or equivalent to Blue Bunny, Good Humor, or Breyers products. • Comply with USDA Buy American provisions.
