Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Contractor shall provide IPS Parking Meter Services in regard to ongoing data and management system and IPS parts. The Contractor shall provide labor, tools, equipment, supervision, parts and materials and any other aspects of the services necessary to comply with the College’s requirements in this solicitation 1. All parts furnished under this contract shall be new and manufacturer’s recommended or authorized replacement parts. Use of manufacturer’s rebuilt parts may be authorized by the College on a case by case basis, provided each part is warranted for the same period and under the same conditions as the new part. Use of used parts is strictly prohibited. 2. The Contract shall transport all waste off the College property and dispose of it in a manner that complies with Federal, state, and local requirements unless otherwise indicated by the College. 3. The Contractor shall be responsible to comply with all parking rules and regulations while working on any College campuses. 4. All meter products must be Payment Application - Data Security Service (PA-DSS) compliant and all service providers must be Payment Card Industry – Data Security Service (PCI-DSS) Level 1 certified. 5. No application shall implement any changes to the Operating System that can potentially jeopardize PCI Compliance
