The National Ground Intelligence Center awarded contract # W50NH9-22-C-0013 for General Fund Enterprise Business System Sensitive Activities (GFEBS-SA) support services on 3 May 2022. The Government anticipates increasing the contract ceiling value under this contract. In an effort to better understand the current market, NGIC is seeking information from any qualified contractors who can perform the services for General Fund Enterprise Business System Sensitive Activities (GFEBS-SA) and who also have a current Top Secret Facility Clearance or will have obtained one by the period of performance start date. The contractor shall provide contract support for the following efforts: (1) develop Data Protection Enterprise Architecture while providing Technical and Training Support; conduct system assessments for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), GFEBS-Sensitive Activities (GFEBS-SA), Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A); non-ERP systems, and INSCOM specific systems; (2) re-engineer Civilian Payroll processes; (3) develop Data Protection methodology to support Audit Readiness, (4) develop Data Protection methodology to support organizational Cost Management, (5) develop Data Protection methodology for Secure Contracting, including the transfer of data from Legacy to ERP systems; and (6) enhance the integration of GFEBS-SA into INSCOM’s operations.
