1. The Contractor shall provide tires as needed, for the vehicles, trucks and trailers that BRCC uses in their CDL program and throughout B&G’s and the Contractor shall replace, mount, dismount and repair damaged and or flat tires on an as needed basis for BRCC. The Contractor shall provide pricing for the tire sizes listed in Attachment 5. 2. The Contractor’s service facility shall be within thirty (30) highway miles of BRCC located at One College Lane, Weyers Cave, Virginia 24486. The Contractor shall provide the name of the firm, address, and phone number of its service facility. 3. The Contractor shall provide repairs on an as needed basis. Repair services shall be performed during normal business hours Monday – Friday 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. but may be requested during emergency operations and/or after normal hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Therefore, the Contractor shall have the resources to provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Repairs shall be conducted at the Contractor’s service facility.
