Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, and incidentals required to perform the Work of the Project as defined by the Contract Documents consisting of the following: Removal of existing asphalt, preparation of streets or other asphalt surfaces, and place-ment of hot mix asphalt overlay at various locations throughout the City of Danville. Thework includes but is not limited to: milling, hauling, disposal of materials, asphalt patch-ing, asphalt overlay, undercutting and backfilling, adjustment and/or installation of utilityboxes and manhole frame & covers, restoration of shoulders, traffic control, and cleanup. Quality control, saw cutting, erosion control and any other tasks required to complete the work that are not in the listed bid items shall be considered incidental to all applicable items. The contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to complete, in place, all items under the contract.
