Specifications include, but are not limited to: LOT 1: Tandem or multi-axle dump trucks equipped with contractor-owned 11’ snow plows, 8 cu yd chemical spreader - The unit price shall be an hourly rate and shall include the cost of equipment, operator, contractor owned 11’ snow plows, 8 cubic yard chemical spreader, fuel, communication device and any other incidental costs associated. The contractor will be paid the unit price per hour, per truck utilized during snow removal operations performed on the assigned roadway or Zone while in standby ready mode, staged on roadway in ready mode, and actively chemical spreading and/or plowing operation. All plow trucks shall have remote power turning plow capability. Minimum of 27. Requirements are based on Event Level within each Zone. Single axle, tandem or multi-Axle trucks equipped with contractor-owned Liquid spray tank, or pull behind trailer with mounted spray tank, minimum 1000 gallons with the ability to deliver at least 60 gal/min and capable of spraying one lane with a single pass - The unit price shall be per hour and shall include the cost for equipment with contractor owned liquid spray tank, skilled operator, fuel, and any other incidental supplies and materials. The Contractor will be paid the unit price per hour, during pre-treatment/anti-icing removal operations performed on the roadway or segment while in standby ready mode, staged on roadway in ready mode and while in an active chemical spreading and/or plowing operation.
