The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts and materials and incidentals, as necessary to perform traffic control activities associated with Hurricane Evacuation of the Hampton Roads Area. The Contractor shall provide personnel to fully staff the Hampton Roads Hurricane Traffic Control Plan and its revisions. Services shall be available throughout the year, 24 hours per day 7 days a week. The Contractor shall have sufficient resources to provide services in addition to any other obligations. The Contractor will make personnel available for training and coordination events at the Department's notice. Work shall be performed on Interstate 64 and 664 in the cities of Hampton, Newport News, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach and counties of James City and York.
