The VSP is seeking responses from firms utilizing or representing human resource managementsystems currently in service. The Commonwealth would like vendors to describe systems that use modern technologies and provide functionality from recruitment to termination. Technical Information 1. Provide technical specifications for the Human Resources Information System solution. Include all approved hardware platforms, operating systems, and data architecture currently supported. 2. Describe your solution for cloud-based options. Please explain the features and pricing models, including the security controls in place (relative to external connections as well as physical), physical location, data encryption, third-party partners, access to data stored on vendor-hosted servers, etc. 3. List other software that is required to use your system (i.e., web browsers, browser plugins, system extensions, databases, etc.). What equipment is needed to implement the system, e.g., IT hardware needs for data transmission and storage, etc.
