The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, fuel, traffic control (including all equipment as required per the most recent version of the Virginia Work Area Protection Manual), transportation of the personnel and equipment and any other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements stated within. The work shall consist of but not limited to insecticide applications and herbicide applications. Types of work locations include, but are not limited to plant beds, storm water management basins, roadsides, facilities, and lawns/yards. The work assignments may be multiple locations on a daily basis. The Contractor shall be capable to begin work with two (2) Crew B’s on February 17, 2026. Reference Spraying Schedule IV.D.7.
