CASC is seeking bids from hotels ONLY, for two (2) nights of lodging with complimentary parking in Eastern Shore - Exmore, VA, Wednesday, November 19 (5 rooms) and Thursday, November 20, 2025 (15 rooms). The hotel should be in Downtown Exmore off US Route 13 within a couple minutes of shopping and restaurants. Note: the final number of rooms needed could fluctuate slightly. Hotel Rooms Approximately 5 hotel rooms Night 1 Wednesday night, November 19, 2025. (Total room count could be higher or lower) Approximately 15 hotel rooms Night 2 Thursday night, November 20, 2025. (Total room count could be higher or lower) Parking Complimentary parking for between 5-15 vehicles. Location Eastern Shore - Exmore, VA – Venue should be in Downtown Exmore off US Route 13 within a couple minutes of shopping and restaurants.
