The contractor shall furnish all services and materials to provide the requested service. Must have Mandatory Hospital Just Culture Experience Conducting an initial assessment of current practices related to patient safety, error reporting, and accountability. Developing and delivering comprehensive training materials on Just Culture, incorporating Psychological Safety concepts and leadership development principles. Providing targeted training sessions for all staff and leadership. Measuring the effectiveness of the training through pre- and post-training assessments and participant feedback. Offering recommendations for sustaining Just Culture practices and ongoing leadership development. Describe how you would address NVMHI’s needs in implementing Just Culture, incorporating Psychological Safety, and integrating leadership development. Include your methodologies and tools. Outline the specific deliverables you will produce, such as training materials, assessment reports, and documentation of training sessions. Detail how you will measure the success of the training program, including metrics and evaluation methods.
