The Historic Central Office Hospital Building is located at 1201 East Broad Street Richmond VA 23219. The proposed renovation project will involve an interior renovation of select office spaces within the building. The interior renovation includes demolition of the existing office areas then providing occupants with a new office layouts, ceiling, carpets, HVAC, plumbing, fire alarm and fire protection, and interior finishes per construction documents. The total area of interior renovation is approximately 69500 S.F. consisting of office spaces, conference rooms, restrooms, and hallways on the basement through 3rd floors and limited work on the 4th floor. This project will be prosecuted concurrently with a separate project to remove and replace the HVAC systems in the same building.
