a. The Contractor shall provide all infrastructure, software, programming, documentation, materials, products, tools, transportation, training materials, personnel, technical knowledge, and project management skills necessary to implement a High-Resolution Oblique Aerial Imagery System as outlined in this RFP. The proposed solution should operate in an environment meeting the County’s standards as outlined in Attachment B. The installation will involve ensuring seamless data exchange between the proposed system and the County’s current system. Offerors should describe in their proposal how they will meet these requirements. b. The proposed solution should operate in a vendor hosted environment. Offerors are expected to provide the full details of their hosted and/or hybrid solutions proposed. c. Offerors should provide a description of how security will be planned, configured and deployed, along with a declaration of vendor and County responsibilities. The County desires single sign-on active directory logons.
