Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to solicit proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for high quality digital marketing services by Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech), an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Helmet Lab needs marketing strategy development, media buying, social media marketing, creative development and digital marketing services to broaden awareness about the lab’s renowned, evidence-based safety ratings for protective equipment; build thought leadership and community; and educate consumer and B2B audiences about helmet safety. To meet this need, the Helmet Lab, under the umbrella of the Virginia Tech Institute for Critical Technology and Applied Science, seeks vendors to enter into a general contract to provide high-quality digital marketing services on an ongoing basis.
