The Contractor shall have five or more years of experience successfully performing similar work to that which is specified in this solicitation, as evidenced by the previous work experience submitted via the Vendor Data Sheet. (Attachment B) 2. The Contractor shall carry out work according to the DOF-provided project plan. 3. The Contractor shall treat a minimum of 100 acres, if assigned by the Department. 4. The Contractor is required to treat a minimum of 100 acres (if available). The Department may assign more than 100 acres, if the Contractor agrees, in writing, to treat the additional acreage. All completed and approved treatment acres shall be invoiced and paid at the applicable per acre Mechanical or Chemical bid rate submitted via the “Pricing Schedule” (SectionVII.) 5. The Contractor shall contact the Contract Administrator and landowner at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of site activity. 6. Subcontracting is allowable for this solicitation and the resulting Contract. a. Bidders and/or the awarded Contractor must submit any documentation needed to evaluate subcontractor(s’) qualifications upon DOF request. b. Subcontractors may not start work until approved by the DOF Contract Administrator. c. DOF reserves the right to reject any subcontractors that, in its sole opinion, are deemed unqualified to perform the required services. 7. Landowner information must be stored and transmitted securely and must not be shared with any parties other than those directly involved in carrying out the required practices. 8. Contractor shall submit ArcGIS Survey123 Practice Completion Reports to notify DOF of completion of each activity related to crop tree release or cull tree removal treatments within five days of completion. Failure to submit the report will be considered a deficiency of Contractor performance that could result in payment being withheld.
