2.1 The Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals required to complete the project in accordance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations. 2.2 As indicated in Attachment C, the contractor shall remove the existing ramp at the Hanover Branch Library, the existing sidewalks areas, and the existing ADA parking space curb ramp. 2.3 The new ramp for the library building shall consist of concrete footings, concrete masonry and face brick veneer Foundation walls, wood framed ramp structure with composite decking, and pre-finished metal railings. 2.4 New concrete sidewalks, with an ADA sidewalk curb ramp, are also included. The existing asphalt paved parking spaces shall be patched and restriped. 2.5 The Contractor is responsible for all site prep deemed necessary to complete the work. The Contractor shall always keep the property and adjacent areas free from accumulation of debris. At the completion of the work, the Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of all work-related debris, leaving the work area clean from rubbish
