Human Resources & Payroll System Replacement. The Scope of Services have been classified into three (3) primary categories: Project Implementation and Support, Data Migration, and Training. 1. Project Implementation and Support The Offeror shall provide all infrastructure, software, programming, documentation, materials, products, tools, transportation, training materials, personnel, technical knowledge, and project management skills necessary to implement an HRIS/Payroll solution as outlined in this RFP. The proposed HRIS/PAYROLL solution should operate in an environment meeting H-NNCSB’s technical requirements specified within this RFP. The proposed HRIS/PAYROLL solution must operate in a hosted (SaaS) environment. Offerors must provide the full details of their hosted solution. Offerors should provide a description of how security will be planned, configured and deployed, along with a declaration of vendor and H-NNCSB responsibilities.
