SBVCC is seeking a single Contractor to perform work in the following areas of the building: Richmond Unit hallway A and Nurses Station (approximately two thousand six hundred (2,600) square feet); MATERIALS NEEDED; Planiprep MSC Moisture Patch; LokWorx Resilient Adhesive; SHAW Contract Abide Coriander Oak; Johnsonite Charcoal ¼” Carpet Edge Guard; No exceptions to the type of materials will be made; DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED; Demo; Floors shall be demoed with removal of approximately one thousand eight hundred (1,800) square feet of resilient and eight hundred (800) square feet of carpet tiles. Existing cove base to remain in place. Prep; Floors shall be prepped with one (1) skim coat using Plainiprep MSC Moisture Patch. Installation; SHAW Contract Abide Coriander Oak flooring shall be installed to manufacturers recommendations. Johnsonite Charcoal one quarter inch (1/4”) Carpet Edge Guard shall be installed at appropriate door openings.
