This is a turn key project. At no point will the County be responsible for any part or portion of this prto and the Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace existing HVAC units. Contractor is responsible for obtaining all required permits, performing any necessary inspections and absorbing costs of both. Contractor shall remove existing 4 HVAC units from the Warren County Courthouse (Court Holdings) and 6 HVAC units from the Warren County Government Center in their entirety and dispose of properly and provide and install new HVAC equipment of like spec (unit list provided). Contractor shall provide and install new refrigerant lines as needed for each unit. All refrigerant lines must be covered with line hide.
