The contractor shall install and render operational one (1) new and unused Trane, or Agency-approved Equivalent, minimum 16 SEER two stage HVAC 5 Ton unit with matching air handler to include fiberglass equipment pad, snow legs (if already present), new and unused set lines, condensate drip pan and piping outside the building foundation, adapters to old duct work, emergency/auxiliary heat strips, and new programmable thermostat. Existing electrical connections/disconnects may be used if they meet manufacturer recommendations. If not, electrical components must be replaced. Contractor shall furnish and install new and unused supply and return transitions. Contractor shall enlarge openings where necessary to install new unit. Park is responsible for finish work such as trim and paint. Contractor shall replace condensate pump on unit if one is currently installed. Contractor shall provide emergency/auxiliary heat strips that are appropriate for the size of the unit and the space to be conditioned.
