The successful bidder shall provide a response time of four (4) hours or less for all emergency calls, and non-emergency requests for service shall be responded to within three (3) working days of the request. Services required would include repairs and adjustments to the Town Hall HVAC equipment and control systems, and general cleaning and maintenance of the same, as may be requested, on a seasonal basis. Site Protection & Cleanup • Contractor will protect the surrounding areas during work. • All job-related debris will be removed and discarded in proper fashion by the contractor at the site before leaving. Crew For the purpose of this bid and any ensuing contract, a maximum crew will consist of one (1) mechanic and one truck. Jobs requiring more than one (1) mechanic or the services of one (1) or more helpers should be discussed and approved in advance by the appropriate Town maintenance representative.
