Biannual Preventative Maintenance The Maintenance and Repair Contractor will provide a minimum of two (2) inspections annually, (Spring and Fall), which are to be documented. See attached inspection sheet-Attachment C. Timing for equipment or system shutdowns as necessary for proper inspections are to be coordinated with the Park Office prior to inspections. The attached inspection sheet OR agency-approved equivalent must be used for each inspection and should be completed for each piece of equipment. Alternate inspection sheet templates must be approved by the Park Manager prior to substitution.
