Contractor shall schedule and provide as-needed inspection services for past due inspections of Project Based Voucher, Housing Choice Voucher, and Moderate Rehabilitation program units. These inspections shall meet the current federal Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and/or National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE), when implemented. Supervisory duties associated with the operations of the HCV Inspection department may also be assigned in collaboration with the contractor. Contractor shall furnish sufficient personnel and staff with the necessary resources and skills to perform all duties and responsibilities associated with conducting the necessary inspections not limited to scheduling, notification, quality control, reporting, and compliance.
