Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this is to establish a term contract to provide security services to assist with providing professional uniformed services for the protection of state employees during regular office hours for the Hampton and Peninsula Health Districts for one (1) year from date award and may be renewed four (4) optional successive one (1) year periods. 1. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, supplies, and equipment as necessary, to provide the services listed in this contract. 2. Peninsula Health District is seeking a qualified, professional security company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia to provide two (2) professional, uniformed security officers for on-site security at the location during normal business hours for the protection of State employees. Pricing is requested for both armed and unarmed professionals. 3. VENDOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL REQUIRED LICENSURE, PERMITS, TRAINING, CONTINUING EDUCATION, INCLUDING REGISTRATION WITH VA DCJS. 4. Provide Daily Security Services five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 and 5:00 pm (Peninsula Health District)
