Specifications include, but are not limited to: POST ORDERSThe successful Offeror, in cooperation with the County representative, shall prepare a site-specific "Officer's PostOrders" Book. This book shall describe in detail the various duties of the security guard for each shift. Subject tobe covered shall include, but not limited to:-Schedule for securing or opening exterior entrances-Schedule for securing or opening interior doorways-Procedures for granting or denying admittance into the facility-Procedures for raising and lowering the flags flown by that facility. Schedule of patrol rounds-Security guard key control procedures-List of restricted areas-Procedures for facility environmental / safety systems monitoring-Emergency procedures-Telephone numbers and names for Company key staff members and-Telephone numbers and names for County key staff membersSecurity Post Orders are subject to review and approval by the County Contract Administrator prior toimplementation. Contractor shall modify Post Orders as necessary. Modifications shall be submitted to theContract Administrator for review and approval prior to implementation.2.SPECIAL DUTIES AND TASK: Security guards and site supervisor may be assigned duties other thansecurity that are compatible with their function as highly visible representative of County Government. Duties andtasks may include, but are not limited to the following:-Turning off lights-checking safes-locking repositories and cabinets-closing windows-opening and securing doors and-enforcing conservation instructions, etc.3.EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE: Security guard must be capable of obtaining professional assistance in theevent of injury or illness to government employees or others while in the building or on the grounds. Securityguard may render first aid and CPR in emergency situations and may be expected to properly assist medical andlaw enforcement personnel as necessary
