Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall provide the DMA with temporary staffing, for the Commonwealth ChalleNGe Program, located at 253 C Street, Camp Pendleton Va. Beach, Virginia 23451; www.vachallenge.org. Contractor will provide staff to work one of three -8 hour shifts to include weekends, holidays, and shift-staffing requirements are subject to change. ChalleNGe will provide contract staff uniforms on check-in. ChalleNGe will collect uniforms when temporary employment is complete. Contract staff is responsible for the cost of replacing any gear that is missing or not returned. Prior to working on campus with cadets, contract staff must pass an FBI background check and a Child Protective Services background check. Contract staff must pass a purified protein derivative (PPD) skin test to determine exposure to tuberculosis (TB). ChalleNGe is a hands-off and smoke free campus.
