Specifications include, but are not limited to: a.The successful Contractor shall provide any and all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, documentation, training technical support, and supplies necessary to provide all of the Maintenance Services in accordance with the requirements specified herein. Utilities sites and facilities requiring Maintenance Services are found on Appendix A. b.The Contractor shall be required to visit each site prior to the beginning of each mowing season (after March 1 and before April 1), and report to the County representative any adverse conditions, changes to the site, etc. County staff will periodically visit the sites and report to the Contractor any discrepancies associated with the Scope of Work of the contract.c. Site Visitation – As determined by the County, the Contractor may be required to meet with the site representative after all lawn maintenance for inspection and/or corrective measures. d.Prior to the start of the contract for the first season, the Contractor shall visit every site while accompanied by a County representative to ensure location, understand expectation for each site, and establish a service schedule at each site. Maintenance Services required for each site are listed in Appendix A. e.The project manager of Utilities Department locations shall be the Field Operations Manager for the Utilities Department.f.The project manager of the General Government locations shall be the Assistant Director ofthe Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities Department.
