The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a one-year term contract to provide quarterly grease trap pumping services at Baskerville Correctional Center located at 4150 Hayes Mill Road, Baskerville, Virginia 23915, with the option of four (4) successive one-year renewals. The Contractor shall provide all equipment and labor necessary to (I) pump, haul, and properly dispose of kitchen waste from the grease trap, and (II) jet out sewer lines. The tank holding capacity is 3,000 gallons with two (2) lines. Line one is the discharge line measuring approximately 400 feet long and is used for run-over water that goes to the water treatment plant. Line two is approximately 150 feet long and goes from the kitchen to the grease trap.
