Graphic design printing services shall include but not limited to digital outputs and mailing address integration. Following is a list of deliverable/functions to be addressed by the proposal: All advertisement with resizing requirement shall be provided to advertiser in format prior to deadline Printed sheets digital: digital output proof per grouping on spec 100# text unless otherwise specified per hour All samples or artwork shall be produced in the graphic studio per hour Maintenance of subscriber list and event data, signups via Eventbrite, Mailchimp or other similar social media back of the house services per hour Graphic designer shall be responsible for copyright agreements of photographs online A proposed turnaround for averaged response time per work request COSTS: A breakdown of all costs (including expenses and miscellaneous charges) to provide the required services must be included as part of the proposal. Respondents must include the following: A proposed timeline All deliverables/functions shall be given a hourly rate and a flat rate within the proposal Total cost of graphic development Total cost of graphic updates and changes Charges for resizing advertisement to fit magazine and/or media advertising Printing cost for digital output sets at 500 and 1000 quantities Proposal shall include all related expenses to provide services, which include freight F.O.B or F.O.B inside of the City artwork filing, proofs, creative development and color image adjustment.
