Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a termcontract with one (1) or more qualified sources to provide graphic design services,facilitate the fabrication of the items proposed, and install the items fabricated for theAthletics Department of Virginia Commonwealth University (the lead issuing institution),an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia. STATEMENT OF NEEDS:Note: Offerors are not required to make proposals for both graphic design andfabrication services.A.DESIGN REQUIREMENTS:1.The Contractor should provide murals, wall panels, friezes and windowstencils depicting athletes from VCU's 16 sports programs; and2.The designed murals, wall panels et al will be displayed at the Stuart C.Siegel Center, 1200 West Broad St. and the Franklin Street Gym, 817West Franklin Street in Richmond VA:a)Siegel Center locations, to include but not limited to:(1)Men's Wall (8' x 4' area);(2)Women's Wall (8' x 4' area);(3)Greatest Moments area (16' x 4' area);(4)ESPN Wall (8' x 8') to include six (6) networks logos:(a)ESPN;(b)ESPN 2;(c)Fox Sports;(d)ABC(e)CBS; and(f)Comcast Sports.(5)Men's locker room(a)Locker Entry A (8' x 8'); and(b)Locker Entry B (22' x 7'). **Bidder Preregistration Required**
